Return Policy

You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) in its original condition, including the original packaging and packing slip, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping charges.

Due to health and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items. Please make your selections carefully.

Shipping costs incurred for returning items are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Palm Beach Beaute reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the return policy.

How to Return

Please email support@palmbeachbeaute.com to obtain authorization for a return before sending in your return.
Ensure your order number is included with your return to ensure efficient processing.

All returns must be shipped using a trackable courier service such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS with Delivery Confirmation.

Palm Beach Beaute is not responsible for packages that are not received and cannot be tracked. The responsibility lies solely with the shipper.

If your package is returned to us as “refused,” “unclaimed,” or “undeliverable,” your account will be credited accordingly.
